Recruit

• What are some ways we can recruit more parents to be on Community Council

New Leadership

• Liz made a motion to to nominate Michelle Jensen for Chair, and Tara Coppin for Asst. Chair. Amy Cox will serve as Secretary
• Jess 2^nd

Safe Routes

• Corner of 4th East and Canyon Road need to be designated a Safe Route.

Canvas Course

• Canvas Course about Community Council will be passed along as soon as it becomes available.

Budget

• We have a $20,000 carry over in the budget. Chromebooks for classrooms, Apple Pens, Student incentives, Earphones, Possible Supplies, etc.
• Advertise positions better for instructional assistants. Reach out to USU departments.
