Attending: pres, vice chair, secretary, pta pres, principal markworth, ms. dennis, mrs. brown

1. Welcome
2. Review and approval of previous minutes
   1. Voted and passed approval of previous meetings notes
3. Follow up on parent prep time communications
4. Motion proposed by Sara (pres) to adopt wilson rules of order, second by vice and approved by all
5. discussion of tech funds
6. data dive BOY testing - overall improvement, changes in grade level from last year to present discussed, how grades are measured and how the assessment is given per grade. Goal was increased,
7. proposed to celebrate achievements with shoutouts for parents view via school website/social media
8. Safety issues discussed, motion to send email or announcement over parent square to educate parents on drop off and pick up safety.
