Penny wars for PTA fundraiser: daily winner, then overall winner–anything online goes towards your class, silver goes against another class
School Improvement Plan for 2025-202
Goal 1: Improve above benchmark score by 12% from BOY to EOY in Acadience Reading Test
- Action plan steps
- Hire aides ($50,200)
- Purchase literacy software ($5,000)
- Monitor students who decrease
- Improve support (hired EL/RTI specialist for 2025-26 school year)
- Train aides, school wide positive behavior support interventions, WIN (reading group) time support
Goal 2: Improve math content knowledge by 22% increase in proficient scores from BOY to EOY on Acadience Math Test

- Hire aides
- Give Acadience math test three times a year, review data as a staff
- Reinforce attendance at classroom, grade, and school level to create optimal learning environment for students to access math knowledges (purchase materials to incentivize student attendance) ($718)
Goal 3: Increase EL(English Learner) student progress by at least one level on WIDA test
- Action plan steps
- Potentially use some aide money from goal 1 to set aside an aide to be a full time EL aide
- Teachers have days throughout the year to collaborate and create best practice in classrooms through data ($5,000)
- Teachers attend professional development conferences or PLC conferences like EL and RTI Solution Tree conferences ($3,669.53)
